Mary Lovett Nitsch, a former President of the Estate Planning Council of New York City, concentrates her practice in estate planning and estate administration. She also enjoys teaching a course she created on “Estate Planning in Plain English” as well as a class called “Have It on Hand: How to Identify and Store Essential Documents” at adult schools throughout Westchester County. Some years back, Mary was featured in a two-page interview in U.S. News & World Report: “Money Management - Tips for Women from an Expert.” A cum laude graduate from Columbia University Law School, Mary will add depth and breadth to the estate planning and estate settlement work as Of Counsel at Rosenthal & Markowitz.
